Prices and Conditions

Prices are valid for the whole year and include taxes and exclude cleaning costs. Children up to three years are free of charge, cribs are available to guests free of charge. Bath towels and kitchen towels are changed weekly, bed linen after two weeks. Please bring your own beach towels. The barbecue area can be used freely by all guests. Guests of the apartments halcón, atún and gamba have a washing machine at their disposal. Vacation home Loros is also equipped with a washing machine. All apartments have stable internet with sufficient speed for ‘basic use’. If desired, the speed can be doubled or even quadrupled for a small additional cost (for example, for home workers).

* For stays longer than one month, an intermediate cleaning 1x per 3 weeks costs 75% of the final cleaning price.
